Job Responsibilities:
- Managed creative design and operation of flagship store, including creating event pages, product pages, and RTB banners. Proficient in copy writing and network language of 3C products and e-commerce platforms, utilizing trending topics to improve page quality.
- Coordinated internal and external communication with sales, Marcom and agency to meet product page design requirements and launch pages on time.
- Familiar with e-commerce content marketing and big promotion day on EC platform, such as live streaming, short videos, and articles to maximize marketing efficiency and achieve outstanding results in big promotion day (TOP 1).
- Conducted plans and reviews of big promotion on EC platform, such as 618, Double 11, etc.; evaluated the effectiveness of activities and explored business opportunities by data analysis; worked closely with sales to achieve marketing goals by reasonable budget planning; and undertook and implemented Marcom's needs, such as new product launch, big marketing campaign landed on JD, resource integration and allocation.
- Able to work under pressure and adapted to fast-paced working processes, including design revision, confirmation, and launch.
Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 3 years store operation experience (preferably in 3C and IT office hardware).
- Familiarity with e-commerce content marketing platform rules, skilled in learning, summarizing, and analyzing.
- Strong marketing strategy development skills, with a keen sense of data analysis, market insight, and market reaction.
- Excellent planning and writing abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with a sense of responsibility and initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic English fluency required as a working language.

- 需要有较强的沟通能力,协调内外部沟通,包含与销售部、市场部、设计公司沟通,满足多方对产品页面的呈现要求并完成产出,按时上线;
- 非常熟悉电商内容营销,包括不限于直播、短视频、图文等形式及其特点,懂得靠内容组合实现市场传播收益最大化;了解电商平台重要营销节点及其玩法,配合销售利益点;
- 负责店铺自营活动以及平台营销活动策划、总结等(如618、双11活动、主题活动等)。具备较强的数据洞察和分析能力,能够有效评估活动有效性,挖掘生意机会点。较强的协调能力,紧密掌握电商销售的需求及期望,合理规划预算帮助销售达成营销目标。能承接并完成Marcom的需求,例如新品发布、大型营销campaign落地电商的项目,协调平台方投入更多资源;
- 较强的抗压能力,沟通能力强,能适应电商快节奏的修改、确认、上线流程。
职位要求:
- 本科及以上学历,有3年以上店铺运营经验,有电脑数码办公行业经验优先;
- 熟悉电商内容营销的各种玩法及平台规则,善于学习和总结分析;
- 具有良好的市场销售策略和能力,有出众的数据分析,敏锐的市场洞察力与反应力;
- 有较强的策划能力以及优秀的文字表达功底;
- 善沟通交流,有责任心,注重团队协作,有较强的主观能动性和抗压能力;
- 具备基本的英语交流能力。
